Terex MPS to show two of the latest modular products at Hillhead 2012
Terex MPS will be exhibiting two machines on their stand at Hillhead in Buxton, England, from 19 June to 21 June 2012.
Commenting on the forthcoming line up at the Hillhead show, Jason Talbot, Terex MPS global product line director, said: ‘After the success of the recent Intermat show in Paris where we showcased our Modular MC1000 cone we are delighted to be able to exhibit our Modular MC1000 cone and Modular MJ42 jaw at Hillhead. These machines demonstrate our ability to listen to the customer and bring products to the market that allow our customers to choose ‘ready to work’ modules to create the plant they need for a variety of applications. We look forward to meeting with customers at the show and discussing the benefits of our equipment to help them deliver the crushing and screening needs.’
Terex MPS MC1000 cone module
The Terex MC1000 cone module handles an all-in feed for continuous crushing. Its 1,000mm (40in) cone has unrestricted feed opening and a full range of configurations for short and long throw. The all roller bearing design improves crushing efficiency. Additional features include hydraulically adjustable closed side setting, easy manganese changes, and a weather-protected control panel with user friendly controls.
Terex MPS MJ42 jaw module
The Terex MJ42 jaw module features the rugged JW42 jaw crusher with its hydraulically actuated wedge system that allows closed side settings to be made quickly and easily. Additional features include a three-piece boltless hopper and spring-mounted vibrating pan and grizzly feeder.
Set-up time and ease of operation is aided by the simplicity of the modular product range. The modules are designed to fit and work together interchangeably. The modular product line bolts together on site with little onsite wiring. Designed with logistics in mind, each module, including all its components, can be transported in one container.
