Powercreen at Aggregates China 2018

Premiertrak 400X mobile jaw crusher

Company to showcase Premiertrak 400X at major aggregate processing equipment exhibition in Guangzhou

POWERSCREEN, one of the world’s leading providers of mobile crushing and screening equipment, are set to present their Premiertrak 400X mobile jaw crusher at the Aggregates China 2018 exhibition, in Guangzhou, which takes place from 18–20 August.

During the last decade the aggregates industry in China has been through a huge developmental leap, not least in the adoption of mobile crushing and screening technology, as the consumption of aggregates in the country and the surrounding regions has mushroomed thanks to several huge infrastructure projects.

‘The requirement for aggregate products shows no signs of slowing down, in fact our research tells us that there will be even more significant future demand,’ remarked Willie Yin, Powerscreen’s sales director in China.

‘Global players with a long history, such as Powerscreen, are best placed to serve the needs of Chinese customers who want to increase production, machine uptime and revenues. With a strong R&D focus, Powerscreen constantly innovate in their ranges of mobile crushers and screens, and machine functionalities.

‘Our technology engineers have been early adopters of the newest technologies, meaning our equipment is optimized to drive customer productivity and experience. This is what sets Powerscreen apart in China.’

During the exhibition, Powerscreen will be holding meetings with potential new distributors looking to join the company’s rapidly expanding dealer network in China.

The Premiertrak 400X, which will be on display at the show, has been designed to run at a low engine rev/min, resulting in high levels of fuel efficiency, low noise emissions and a lower cost per tonne. The machine has an optional post-screen system that allows the user to generate a Type 1 product at high volumes from one machine. The post-screen system has been designed with a quick-release feature, to ensure maximum uptime and easy service and maintenance.
