Company to showcase new Talon series of heavy-duty crushing and stockpiling equipment for recycling and aggregates markets

EAGLE Crusher Co. will lift the curtain of their next-generation Talon line of heavy-duty crushing and stockpiling equipment at Conexpo-Con/Agg 2026, introducing new levels of power, mobility, and efficiency to aggregates and recycling applications.

The Talon range includes the TalonTrax mobile crusher and TalonStack radial stockpiling conveyor, while the next-generation UltraMax 1400-OC crushing and screening unit, and Eagle Crusher’s triple-deck E-Plant, will be among the other product highlights at the exhibition.

Designed to enhance mobility, power efficiency and material handling, the new equipment builds on Eagle Crusher’s long-standing focus on simplifying on-site aggregate operations while delivering consistent performance across demanding applications such as recycling.

The new TalonTrax crushing plant has the engineered for ultra-mobile crushing without compromising power or productivity. Central to the machine is Eagle Crusher’s new TalonMax (TM-15) impactor, which features an open-rotor design to reduce weight while maintaining proven crushing performance.

The plant offers dual-power operation, running on an onboard diesel engine or external power from a genset or line supply. Material flow is enhanced by a dual-motor under-crusher pan feeder with more than 23 inches of discharge clearance, helping minimise clogging, while a removable discharge conveyor provides quick access for inspection and maintenance.

Additional features include: a reversible cross-belt permanent magnet for steel removal; a heavy-duty hopper suitable for loader or excavator feeding; and a grizzly bypass system that enables material to be stockpiled separately or blended back into the final product.

Also on display will be the TalonStack 65, a self-propelled radial stockpiling conveyor developed to streamline material handling in quarrying and recycling operations. Eagle Crusher say the TalonStack range is available in multiple sizes to suit varying production and mobility requirements.

Visitors to the Eagle Crusher booth will also get an up-close look at the next-generation UltraMax 1400-OC portable impactor plant designed for high-volume applications requiring both crushing and screening versatility. Material discharges via a side conveyor at a 90-degree angle, and the unit will be displayed with an optional pan feeder. The updated design focuses on simplified maintenance and improved ease of operation.
