Materials processing equipment specialist to showcase future-driven aggregates innovations at Conexpo 2026

METSO will be showcasing their latest innovations, technologies, and service offerings for the aggregates industry at Conexpo-Con/Agg 2026 in Las Vegas. Across the show days Metso experts will be on hand to discuss how Metso’s equipment solutions can help aggregates contractors and quarry owners boost productivity, lower cost per ton, maintain steady production, and extend plant life.

On display will be the Finnish OEM’s new HRC 10 high-capacity roll crusher, building on the success of the HRC 8 unit. The latest model delivers greater throughput and efficiency for industrial sand production and construction material recycling, supporting sustainable operations and circular economy goals.

Metso will also be showcasing the first cone crusher model of the Lokotrack EC range, the LT350C, which has been engineered specially for secondary and tertiary crushing and is powered by the high-capacity Nordberg HP350e cone crusher.

Other exhibits will include the new Nordberg C117 jaw crusher and Metso’s advanced TSE Series screen, together with a wide range of screening media options.

Visitors to the Metso booth will also be offered a glimpse into the company’s renewed digital portfolio, a unified suite of solutions designed to improve uptime, enhance production performance, and simplify the experience for both customers and dealers.

By connecting equipment, enabling AI-powered predictive maintenance, improving mobile crushing performance and offering intuitive digital channels, the portfolio helps contractor customers and distributors operate more efficiently, increase throughput, and access Metso’s products and services with greater ease.

For the first time at Conexpo, Metso will present a strong showcase of their latest wear part innovations for longer lifetime and improved performance, together with a curated selection of spare parts and upgrades that keep crushers running at optimum levels.

Vincent Celsi, senior vice-president, Metso products business line, said: ‘Conexpo is the perfect stage to demonstrate Metso’s commitment to shaping the future of aggregates processing. Innovation isn’t a slogan for us – it’s the standard our customers rely on.

‘From the new Lokotrack EC range and the 50-year legacy of our Nordberg C Series crushers to the launch of our expanded digital portfolio, the new HRC 10 high-capacity roll crusher, and next-generation wear solutions, every advancement we are unveiling is designed to deliver more uptime, more sustainability, and more value.’
