Joint-venture introduces first prototypes of track-mounted crushers and screeners for Chinese market

JOINT-venture company LiuGong-Metso Construction Equipment (Shanghai) Co. Ltd recently introduced the first prototypes of their high-performance track-mounted mobile crushing and screening equipment designed specifically to meet Chinese customer requirements.

LiuGong-Metso showcased prototypes of a track-mounted jaw crusher and a track-mounted screener at Bauma China 2014.

The track-mounted mobile crushers and screeners are designed for crushing hard rock and recovering building materials in applications such as mining, quarrying and construction waste recycling.

Offering high levels of productivity, reliability and safety together with low fuel consumption and easy operation, LiuGong-Metso say the new products can help save energy and costs while protecting the environment and maximizing the value created for customers.

The LiuGong-Metso joint venture combines Metso’s extensive business and technical knowledge of track-mounted mobile crushing and screening plants with the strong marketing network and production capacity of LiuGong in China.

Founded in 1958 in Liuzhou, China, LiuGong Group Corp. Ltd are the largest wheel loader manufacturers in the world and offer a full line of construction machines, including bulldozers, backhoes, skid-steers, forklifts, graders, excavators, rollers, truck-mounted cranes, pavers and cold planners.
