Event celebrates industry achievements and recognizes best practice and innovation

JACQUELINE O'Donovan, managing director of O’Donovan Waste Disposal, will join a highly-respected panel of judges at this year’s Materials Recycling World National Recycling Awards (27 June).

The awards celebrate the achievements of the industry and recognize best practice and innovation in waste-recycling, with winners seen as beacons of excellence in their respective sectors. The high-profile event is expected to bring together 600 recycling and waste-management professionals in London, and finalists and winners will be chosen by the panel of experts, including Ms O’Donovan, drawn from the waste and recycling sector.

Jacqueline O'Donovan commented: ‘I am delighted to be participating in the panel for this year’s National Recycling Awards. I am looking forward to meeting and deliberating with my fellow judges and hearing about the latest projects and innovations that have excelled in the waste and recycling industry.’

Corin Williams, editor of MRW, said: ‘The National Recycling Awards are a prominent date in the waste and recycling industry calendar and are a particularly prestigious accolade because they are judged by a panel of independent industry experts, giving confidence that there is a fair and transparent process for choosing the winners. We are delighted to welcome Jacqueline on board.’
