IROCK introduce the TS-512 screener

IROCK TS-512 tracked screening plant

Two-deck portable tracked screening plant offers trouble-free set-up and on-site mobility

OHIO-based IROCK Crushers’ TS-512 tracked screening plant gives small-to-medium-sized producers a dependable and easy-to-use machine for sizing and sorting a wide range of materials, including aggregates, coal, concrete, gravel, limestone, sand and topsoil.

IROCK, specialists in mobile crushing and screening equipment, say the unit was designed for fast and easy set-up as well as trouble-free on-site mobility.

The TS-512 screener features two high-energy, two-bearing decks – a 12ft x 5ft top deck and a 10ft 4in x 5ft bottom deck, giving producers a total screening area of 112 square feet, whilst the interchangeable screen media provide versatility over end-product size.

With its 12 cubic yard hopper and 100hp CAT Tier 3 engine, the screener to process up to 400 tons/h.

The TS-512’s three conveyors sort up to three sizes of product into stockpiles as high as 16ft 5in, allowing operators to put more material under the belt before moving the screener from one stockpile to the next.

Users can set up and tear down the screen quickly and easily. Many components, such as the conveyors, are hydraulically powered so operators can quickly and simply move them into place for production or fold them away for transportation.

The TS-512 also features intuitive, easy-to-use controls to further enhance efficiency.

IROCK say the TS-512 has been built to withstand the rigours of day-to-day use. It features a solid, heavy-duty steel chassis that provides durability on site and during transportation.

Customers can choose the standard tracked model that optimizes manoeuvrability around the job site or the wheeled version for fast and easy towing.

Maintenance is simple with the TS-512’s easy-to-access engine compartment that provides ample room for repairing or replacing components.

IROCK offer several additional features to customize the unit for specific applications. An optional remote-controlled livehead effectively sizes and loosens heavy, dirty and sticky debris from feed material before it enters the hopper, thereby expediting the screening process and boosting productivity.

Users can also choose from the standard tethered remote or IROCK’s optional wireless remote for greater flexibility around the site.

In addition, a crusher chute gives producers the option to directly feed material into the hopper without removing the tipping grid. A single-shaft shredder is also available for effective topsoil screening.

Customers will be learn more about the TS-512 screening plant during the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017 exhibition in Las Vegas from 7–11 March.
