Flexco launch Rockline conveyor idlers

Flexco conveyor idler

Latest units feature lightweight but durable construction and emit less noise than steel rollers

FLEXCO have announced the addition of the Rockline conveyor idlers to their wide range of products designed to maximize belt conveyor productivity. The troughing idlers are made of lightweight, durable composite HDPE materials.

Available in 20 degree, 35 degree and 45 degree troughing angles, the idlers feature CEMA C5” (127mm) diameter Rockline rollers, which provide the same CEMA (Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association) ratings as steel rollers with no loss of functional performance, while providing a longer service life and superior wear when compared with steel.

Designed to overcome common issues with belt conveyor rollers, Rockline rollers are durable enough to tackle a variety of environments, feature lightweight construction, require less energy and emit less noise than steel counterparts.

The material is durable enough to resist abrasion and friction on the surface of the roller, and the field-proven seal design offers unmatched corrosion resistance and bearing protection on the inside of the roller.

Flexco’s Rockline idlers are available for belt widths up to 48ft and are suitable for use in the aggregates industry where efficiency and cost effectiveness are crucial.
