Webtec-NFPC technical seminar day

Webtec seminar

Webtec Products Ltd, in conjunction with the National Fluid Power Centre (NFPC), hosted their first ever one-day technical seminar on “Hydraulic fault prevention and diagnostics” at the NFPC’s training facility in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, on 9 October.

The event aimed at design, maintenance and sales engineers in the hydraulics industry was very well received, attracting over 70 delegates from manufacturing and service companies in the UK, Ireland and Germany.

The day involved four sessions looking at the different stages of fault prevention and the tools available, the theory of hydraulic fault-finding, an industry case study and a hands-on workshop based in the lab area where Webtec’s hydraulic test equipment products were shown in use on three different hydraulic circuits.

The day finished with a question and answer session. Feedback from delegates at the end of the day was overwhelmingly positive, with all respondents saying they would recommend Webtec seminars to colleagues.

Webtec would like to thank John Savage and all the staff of the NFPC, Jim and Gordon Watters of Hyco Ltd and to all delegates for their time and involvement in such a successful seminar day.
