New Sandvik TOYO rock drill

The TY24 is an economical rock drill designed for long-hole drilling. Its powerful torque and percussive forces, generated by the long-stroke mechanism, and its high-efficiency tubular valve, provide the performance necessary for drilling down to approximately 6m.

The powerful combination of percussion and rotation originates in the efficient tubular valve. The TY24 is also equipped with a powerful flushing mechanism, allowing efficient removal of cuttings when drilling deep holes.

The external components are sturdy, and the internal components that are subjected to severe working conditions are either heat-treated or chromium-plated, with precise finishing a feature of all parts. The drill’s comprehensive lubricating system ensures trouble-free and economical operation.

The TY24 has been designed for balance and ease of portability.
