Metalogenia launch new tooth and adapter system

Metalogenia have launched the entirely new MTG KingMet tooth and adapter system for earthmoving machinery.

"One of the main features is a special vertical pin lodged in the adapter body which makes the tooth-adapter system suitable for heavy-duty applications in quarries and demolition work. It also also offers easier tooth mounting and dismantling and greater stability in working operations due to its stabilizing surfaces and a greater distance between the main contact points. The pin is fully integrated into, and protected by, the adapter body, minimizing the risk of teeth becoming detached. An optimal balance of tooth and adapter dimensions provides greater strength, eliminating the need to add on material or increase volume."
