Liebherr launch new self-service concrete plant

Liebherr concrete plant

New plant offers easy, flexible and cost-effective access to concrete for smaller professional customers and DIYers

LIEBHERR are launching a new self-service concrete plant that will provide quick, easy and cost-effective access to high-quality concrete for smaller professional customers and DIYers. Thanks to the plant’s adjustable discharge, the concrete can be collected by anything from small trailers up to large truckmixers.

Customers can select from a range of different concrete and screed types in quantities from 0.15 to 2.0 cubic metres, with the mixing process started easily and conveniently by QR code and the fresh concrete is delivered directly into the waiting trailer or truckmixer within 2–3 minutes.

Liebherr say the self-service concrete plant offers quarry/gravel pit operators and building material suppliers the opportunity to further expand their unique selling points by offering their customers an additional flexible service.

The completed plant requires a floor space of approximately 100 square metres. Individual extensions are available, as required, for aggregate or cement storage and optional high-pressure cleaning of the mixer also possible. For optimum mobility, the plant has been designed in such a way that both of the main containers can be transported by a single truck.
