Learning by Sharing – MPA Health and Safety Awards 2014

MPA Health & Safety Awards 2014

Help the industry work towards achieving Zero Harm by entering this year’s awards scheme

ARE you a learning organization constantly striving to improve health and safety on a day-to-day basis, by building on the lessons learned from the past, finding innovative solutions to health and safety problems and sharing best practice?

If so, then take the opportunity to share those ideas with the wider industry and actively contribute towards Zero Harm.

In doing so you may just win one of the Mineral Products Association (MPA) prestigious health and safety awards in recognition of your achievements, which will be presented at the Association’s annual conference and awards ceremony in London on 4 November 2014.

The scheme is open to everyone in the UK with an interest in health and safety. The MPA welcomes entries from all organization in the supply chain – MPA members and non-members alike. To enter, visit: www.safequarry.com/best-practice-awards.aspx

This year the MPA has introduced individual entry forms, one for each of the Topic Categories. Any number of Categories can be entered up to an overall maximum of 15 entries per company.

Please read the ‘Entry Criteria Guidance’ and ‘Image Guidance’ – all available on the Safequarry.com website, along with the latest MPA ‘Sharing Good Practice’ guide that contains links to previous winning entries.

Videos from last year’s conference and awards ceremony can be viewed on the cinema section of the MPA website, under: ‘MPA Health & Safety Conference and Awards 2013’.
