Work site data on Mobirex MR 110/130(i) EVO2 impact crushers now available via smartphone

KLEEMANN’s intuitive SPECTIVE operating concept on the Mobirex MR 110/130(i) EVO2 mobile impact crushers has been extended with the addition of SPECTIVE CONNECT as an option, allowing all relevant process information and reporting to be displayed on a smartphone without the operator having to leave the cab of the excavator or wheel loader.

Diesel and urea levels, fuel consumption, plant performance, current gap setting, plus a host of other important process data can be displayed at any time via the dashboard.

SPECTIVE CONNECT also generates clearly arranged reports on consumption and plant performance, as well as plant usage, which can be forwarded by messenger or e-mail, providing complete transparency for the plant operator at all times.

In the case of a malfunction, SPECTIVE CONNECT not only displays the fault, but also refers to the corresponding components and troubleshooting aids. If necessary, the smartphone can be taken to the fault location to support the operator with step-by-step troubleshooting.

The troubleshooting aids make it possible, among other things, for repair technicians or service members to remotely support the machine operator, as they can also view the troubleshooting aids by entering the fault code and plant type.

If the fault cannot be eliminated, SPECTIVE CONNECT will generate a service report that can be sent by messenger to the service person in charge or a Wirtgen Group service centre.

These new functions are available in the offline area and can be used free of charge without hardware. All operators have to do is download the app, which can be installed on both iOS and Android smartphones.

SPECTIVE CONNECT is available as an option with immediate effect for Kleemann’s Mobirex MR 110/130(i) EVO2 impact crushers, Mobicat MC 110(i) EVO2 jaw crusher, and Mobicone MCO 90(i) EVO2 cone crusher.
