IROCK introduce new TJ-3046 crushing plant

IROCK TJ-3046 jaw crusher

Latest tracked jaw crusher designed for medium-scale quarrying, recycling and mining applications

IN response to customer demand, IROCK Crushers have expanded their product line with the launch of the new TJ-3046 tracked jaw crusher. The high-performance primary jaw crusher has been specifically designed for medium-scale operators operating in the quarrying, demolition, recycling and mining industries.

The TJ-3046 features a 13 cubic yard feeder and includes a grizzly pre-screening grid, with the feeder drive featuring a load-control system to ensure continuous, uninterrupted crushing.

The jaw crusher has an inlet opening of 46in x 30in and is equipped with a hydraulic wedge adjustment to deliver product sizes down to 2in. An optional level sensor can be fitted to the jaw, controlling the feed rate to the crusher and maximizing production.

The TJ-3046 crushing plant is powered by a Cat C-9 ACERT Tier 3/Stage IIIA engine which develops 261kW (350hp) and the machine has a production throughput of up to 445 tonnes/h. The unit’s high-swing jaw generates an aggressive crushing action and accelerates the movement of material into the crushing chamber.

The 1.2m discharge conveyor can stockpile up to 3.5m, with a dirt conveyor fitted as standard. The crushing plant can be equipped with wireless remote control and features track mobility for easy relocation around a job site or on to a heavy-haul trailer.
