Company announces two brand new additions to its compact crushing equipment range
EVOQUIP, global manufacturers of compact crushing and screening equipment, have announced the launch of the Bison 220 and 220R. Designed to deliver exceptional performance, efficiency, and versatility, the Bison 220/220R are high-performance compact jaw crushing plants designed for operators working in quarrying, demolition, and recycling applications.
Engineered with an 820mm x 550mm (32in x 22in) jaw inlet and a 240MP compressive strength, the crushers are designed to process tough materials with ease. An advanced hydrostatic drive system not only maximizes fuel efficiency but also enhances performance, offering the additional capability of running the chamber in reverse.
The Bison 220R boasts an optional ‘R’ section (recirculating conveyor), which improves the ability of operators to achieve the required product specification. Oversize material can be recirculated back into the crusher or stockpiled, depending on operational needs. The integrated 8ft x 4ft single-deck screen further boosts screening efficiency.
Flexibility is at the core of the Bison 220R’s design. The complete after-screen system, including the oversize conveyor, can be quickly detached, allowing the machine to run in standard mode and making transport more straightforward. Operators also benefit from the ability to raise and lower the product conveyor, providing smooth material handling across varying job sites.
