Four new mobile screening machines from Kleemann

Kleemann MS 702 EVO screen

Company extends its Mobiscreen EVO range with new double- and triple-deck models

KLEEMANN are extending their Mobiscreen EVO series with the addition of four new classifying screens: the track-driven, double-deck MS 702 EVO and MS 952 EVO, and the triple-deck MS 703 EVO and MS 953 EVO.

The upper deck on both plant sizes has a screening surface area of 7 square metres or 9.5 square metres respectively, and as with Kleemann crushing plants, the machines’ favourable transport dimensions and short set-up times are designed to meet the demands of contract crushing operators.

Thanks to the good material stream through the machines, the MS 702/703 EVO units achieve a maximum output of 350 tonnes/h, while the MS 952/953 EVO units achieve outputs of up to 500 tonnes/h.

Material is conveyed from a generously sized feed hopper to the screen casing on a 1,200mm wide feed conveyor. The screen angle can be adjusted to suit the application, whilst an impact plate on the conveyor discharge spreads the material evenly on to the screen surface, keeping wear to a minimum and maximizing throughput.

Kleemann have also placed significant emphasis on safety with the new Mobiscreen EVO machines.

Operation of the screening plant is via a mobile control panel that can be attached at three different points on the plant, thereby ensuring the best viewing position for all plant functions.

Moreover, all plant functions are started automatically – without each side discharge conveyor having to be activated individually. Data on machine operation can also be read off at the control panel.

Plant movement is without jolts thanks to proportionally activated hydraulic valves. A further bonus for safe plant operation is the emergency-off function, which, in the case of an interlinked combination of plants, works across all screening and crushing stages.

The large engine compartment facilitates maintenance, whilst other service components are easily accessible via the all-round work platform. Thanks to the easily accessible screen decks, screen surface changing is simplified for the user. The fine grain conveyor, for example, can be lowered to permit access to the lower screen surface.
