INTRAC appointed as Doosan’s sole authorized dealer for Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania

DOOSAN Infracore Europe have appointed INTRAC Group as the company’s new authorized dealer for the three Baltic countries of Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, with sole responsibility for sales and servicing of the Doosan crawler, wheeled and mini/midi excavator, wheel loader, articulated dumptruck and attachment ranges.

INTRAC’s sales and service centre for Latvia in Riga is widely regarded as one of the best in the Baltic region, and the company also has impressive facilities at its branches in Vilnius and Tallinn – the focal points for the service INTRAC provide in Lithuania and Estonia, respectively.

In total, INTRAC have 13 outlets with workshops and 55 fully equipped service vans in the Baltic region.

Charlie Park, chief executive officer of Doosan Infracore Europe, commented: ‘We are very excited by the appointment of INTRAC as our dealer partner in the Baltic countries. Right from our first meeting with INTRAC, I was struck by the professionalism of the management at the company and their strong desire to move forward with the Doosan brand.

‘Further discussions with the INTRAC team highlighted the strong focus on customer support. Their priority is to support the customer at every level of their ownership experience, and the company’s commitment to provide a class-leading level of after-sales support will only help grow both INTRAC and Doosan in the Baltic markets.’

Carl Leijonhielm, chief executive officer of INTRAC, said: ‘We are delighted to be able to offer the Baltic market the market-leading range of products from Doosan. Our new appointment as an authorized dealer will play a key role in further developing our sales of construction machinery, filling major gaps in our product offering for the Baltics.’
