Dates for the Cement Industry Suppliers’ Forum annual conference and dinner at the Bosworth Hall Hotel

THE Cement Industry Suppliers’ Forum, which aims to develop contact and communication between the cement industry and its suppliers, is holding its 2013 conference and annual dinner on 1–2 May at the Bosworth Hall Hotel, Market Bosworth, Leicestershire.

This year’s conference programme will bring together speakers from various backgrounds in the industry, including cement makers, analysts, trade associations and suppliers. There will be an overview of the current state of the industry, together with an analysis of economic trends and an update on the impact of regulations on the cement industry.

Themes such as cementitious materials, alternative fuels, emissions control, packing, logistics and security will also be explored. In addition, new and recent capital projects will be reviewed, and suppliers will outline technical developments.

The conference fees (£245 + VAT for CISF members and £345 + VAT for non-members) cover full catering from midday on Wednesday 1 May until after lunch on Thursday 2 May, a programme of topical presentations, the CISF annual dinner and overnight accommodation at Bosworth Hall.
