Molson Green boost recycling equipment portfolio
Company brings Eggersmann waste-recycling solutions to UK with full customer service support
MOLSON Green have strengthened their recycling portfolio after being appointed UK dealer for Eggersmann Recycling Equipment GmbH, uniting their leading machinery expertise with one of Europe’s most innovative recycling equipment manufacturers.
The new partnership is designed to support UK waste, composting, and recycling operators as they adapt to rapidly changing waste streams and increasing performance demands. By aligning with Eggersmann Recycling Group, a manufacturer renowned for their engineering excellence and continuous innovation, Molson Green aim to deliver flexible, future-ready solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the sector.
Part of the wider Eggersmann Group, Germany-based Eggersmann Recycling Technology have built a strong reputation across Europe for the development of high-quality mobile machinery and plant equipment for waste-processing and recycling applications.
They include the Impaktor 250 mobile twin-shaft crusher, which has been engineered for crushing waste materials such as building rubble and concrete, as well as shredding a wide range of waste streams. Robust and versatile, it offers operators a reliable solution for both small- and medium-sized recycling operations.
Another notable machine is the Star Select S 60 screener, which delivers precise separation (in three fractions) for composting operations and other waste applications. The mobile unit maximizes uptime thanks to its innovative design and benefits from high throughput rates, as well as optional long discharge belts – doubling the bulk cone – to further enhance efficiency and productivity on site.
High-capacity waste facilities can also take advantage of Eggermann’s powerful shredders, such as the Teuton Z 50 and Z 60, and Forus F 38 models.
All machines are supported by Molson Group’s extensive service network, with nearly 100 mobile service engineers. Coupled with a significant investment in spare parts, customers can buy with complete confidence.
Supported by the powerful dealerCMD software platform, Molson can leverage data insights to predict market trends. This not only provides partners such as Eggersmann with essential feedback to steer product development and production goals but also enables businesses to forecast demand, improve efficiency, and reliably meet customer commitments.
Karlgünter Eggersmann, chief executive officer of Eggersmann Recycling Technologies, said: ‘To reinforce our brand, we needed a top-tier national UK dealer that had proven its ability to deliver growth in the sector. With unrivalled after-sales backup and unique business intelligence technologies, we are very excited to deliver the next chapter for Eggersmann in the UK.’
Molson Group chief executive officer Robin Powell added: ‘The Eggersmann team is constantly listening to customers and integrating this feedback into product development. Their equipment complements other leading manufacturers, such as Sennebogen, allowing us to offer comprehensive end-to-end solutions. We look forward to building the brand as a market leader in the UK waste and recycling sector.’
