Camozzi unveil new enhanced online store

Camozzi online store

Latest e-commerce platform simplifies product ordering process and offers a more user-friendly experience

CAMOZZI UK, leading suppliers of pneumatic components, have launched a new version of their online store. Since its introduction in 2010, the e-commerce site has enjoyed continuous growth in both order volume and value – a trend that is likely to continue due to the recent improvements made.

The online store has undergone a major overhaul, with a number of updated features aimed at enhancing and simplifying the ordering process. With over 8,000 parts now available online, the site’s new powerful integrated search tool is a welcome addition that will simplify the part finding process.

Product availability is shown instantly when placing orders in the online basket, while Camozzi account holders can access their own pricing and discount structures, which will be automatically applied to their orders.

An instant online support tool is available in the event of customers having questions or queries during the ordering process and it will advise on the most appropriate, efficient and cost-effective product combinations for user applications.

Further developments are already in the pipeline for the online store; for example, account holders will have access to an easy-to-use cross reference tool for ISO cylinders, with plans for more products to follow.

Adrian Farnham, managing director of Camozzi UK, said: ‘We have operated an online ordering facility for many years, but with such a vast array of parts now available we were keen to ensure that the ordering process was as streamlined as possible for our customers.

‘Hopefully, they will be delighted with the changes and many improvements that have been made through our substantial investment and will enjoy a far better online experience as a result.’
