Rubble recycling plant installation in The Netherlands

Hazemag supply rubble recycling plant for Van Vliet in Wateringen

Van Vliet ordered a rubble recycling plant from HAZEMAG for their works in Wateringen.

The plant will process up to 350 tonnes/h of building rubble, concrete and tarmac with a feed size of up to 1,000 x 800 x 600mm.

The rubble recycling plant will be built from three plants: a crushing plant, a hand-picking plant and a screening and cleaning plant.

A HAZEMAG feed hopper with discharge vibrating feeder is used to transport the rubble material. This is then fed onto an eccentric shaft screen which screens out any fine material prior to the HAZEMAG HPI 1615 primary impact crusher.

The recycling plant is a complete turnkey delivery with engineering, manufacturing and assembly carried out by HAZEMAG.

Delivery is scheduled for July 2018.
