Rockster launch new mobile crushing plant

Rockster R1000S impact crusher

Latest track-mounted R1000S impact crusher designed specifically for C&D waste recycling

AUSTRIAN plant manufacturers Rockster have introduced their new mobile, track-mounted R1000S impact crusher (a follow-up to the R900 model), which has been designed to open up new dimensions in crushing technology, in applications including the recycling of asphalt, concrete and demolition rubble, as well as the processing of natural stone.

The highly compact R1000S unit is based on a fully hydraulic concept, with a heavy-duty rotor and screenbox delivering strong performance.

Key operational features of the impact crusher include: multifunctional display; an autostart function; stepless, fully hydraulic gap adjustment; and load-dependent speed regulation of the vibration feeder. The mobile plant also features a new built-on hammer exchange device that increases ease of use.

According to Rockster, the versatile setting of the machine and the inclusion of a double-deck pre-screen ensure excellent final grain quality. Furthermore, the optional screening system – a compact circular vibrating screen (RS100 model) working in conjunction with a patent RB92 return belt – helps maintain production of high-quality materials by creating 100% defined final grain.

As a second functionality, the return belt can be used as a stockpile belt for the production of three possible final grain sizes, while the hydraulically lowerable screen box reduces maintenance time and increases the safety of the operating staff.
