Rinse, Scrub & Screen With Powerscreen

Powerscreen, one of the world's leading providers of mobile crushing, screening and washing equipment, has launched the new Powerscreen Aggwash,is a new mobile wash plant that brings together for the first time rinsing, screening andscrubbing capabilities on a single transportable chassis.

Primarily designed for the processing of Construction & Demolitionwaste, but equally suited to virgin material applications, the AGGWASH iscapable of producing three grades of aggregate and a single grade of sand at upto 60 tonnes per hour. Electrically powered and delivered pre-wired, it lendsitself to operations in built-up sites that are subject to noise or emission controls. Drawing on itsmobility and versatility in operation, the Aggwash is the ideal addition to anysmall to medium sized quarry or contractor fleet.

The Aggwash features two new 8'x4' part-rinser screendecks with innovative oversized protection on the first screen to reduce wearon the main deck, an all new twin shaft Powerscrub Logwasher to thoroughly scrub contaminated material, and a6'x2' trash screen to remove unwanted waste.  Sand is processed through a Finesmaster sandplant.  Clean aggregates are dischargedand stockpiled through three built-in conveyors. 

 

User-friendly features include a simple to transport (with a single low loader trailer) andassemble arrangement with extremely fast set-up times, typically less than oneday. Operationally, the Aggwash has an intuitive Programmable Logic Controller  PLC system to give complete user control and afull length galvanised walkway to give operators unrestricted access.  

The Aggwash will be previewed at the Powerscreenstand, L9, at Hillhead.
