Public sector success for Phoenix Transworld
Phoenix Transworld have been awarded two significant public sector asphalt equipment contracts. On the Isle of Man, the company are to install a new 160 tonnes/h StarBatch 2000 high-level asphalt plant at Poortown Quarry, near Peel, on behalf of the IoM Government’s Department of Transport. Meanwhile, in Scotland Phoenix will upgrade Aberdeenshire Council’s existing drum-mix plant to allow the incorporation of RAP into mix designs.
