Proskills making progress

Proskills has moved a step closer to gaining its Sector Skills Council (SSC) licence in July 2005 with the appointment of a board of directors and a chairman. Ken Riley will represent the extractive and mineral-processing industries on the board and Stephen Falder of HMG Paints, who represents the coatings industry, has been appointed as chairman.
