Powerscreen honour top three distributors

Powerscreen have presented awards to their top distributors. The company employs a dynamic balanced scorecard approach to monitoring dealer performance regularly throughout the year.

The scorecard rewards distributors for superior achievement across a range of business disciplines including: providing excellent customer support, achieving machine and parts sales targets, financial management and commitment to the Powerscreen brand. Gold status is awarded to all top-tier distributors, but each year the company recognizes the efforts of a select group of distributors.

Powerscreen have congratulated first-year Powerscreen distributors Kwintmadi-Lonmadi in Russia on their impressive achievement of securing the top spot on the scorecard for 2012. Kwintmadi have more than 20 years of experience as an equipment distributor in European Russia, with a network of branches across most of the major cities in the region. Kwintmadi recognize customer support as a key to building a long-term relationship with customers.

 

The company’s mission statement is to ‘provide Russian customers the most modern construction and materials handling equipment available today, with world-class levels of service backup to match. This will guarantee maximum level of profitability for the customers, whatever their work and wherever their worksite.’

Congratulations also go to Powerscreen of Texas, USA and Genserv in Oman, on achieving excellent results on the scorecard, ranking second and third positions respectively. Top-tier Gold status was achieved by 30% of Powerscreen dealers and the company have commended them all for their on-going efforts to continually improve their business and deliver a first-rate level of service to customers.
