Phoenix lands in the Black Country
BS Burner Services appointed as UK agents for Astec equipment and replacement parts
BRIERLEY Hill-based BS Burner Services Ltd have been granted the status of UK agents for the sale and distribution of burner equipment and replacement parts for the US burner manufacturers Astec Inc.
Astec Inc., based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, are world renowned in the quarry and asphalt industry for their burners. Top sellers around the world are the Phoenix Talon and Whisper Jet units, but Astec’s premium ultra-low NOx Phoenix Phantom burner is said to lead the pack with the lowest available combustion and noise emissions on gaseous fuels.
The Phantom (pictured) also achieves the highest electrical energy efficiency with innovations such as variable-speed drives.
As a result, the Phantom offers advanced mixing technology and the latest technological innovations to deliver the absolute minimum gaseous emissions available today; this is to meet the tight Californian restrictions.
BS Burner Services Ltd, under managing director David Gorst, have been operating in the field of combustion since 1988. From initial surveys through to design, installation and commissioning of combustion systems, the company is able to provide and maintain a wide range of gas- and oil-fired systems for large blue chip companies.
