Maximus Crushing & Screening appoint Iain Herity as sales director for the south of England

MAXIMUS Crushing & Screening have appointed Iain Herity as sales director for the south of England. Mr Herity is synonymous with the success of Extec in England, where, over a 20-year period, he and his sales team were responsible for developing an unknown brand into one of the key market leaders.

‘I have known Iain for almost 30 years now, and indeed we fought each other as competitors during his 20 years building the Extec brand,’ said Hubert Watson, managing director of Maximus Crushing & Screening.

‘I am delighted that, after all these years, we have finally managed to come together as one team under the Maximus brand, which is very extensive and includes a full range of crushers, screens, conveyors and sand-washing solutions.

‘Maximus are very like Extec,’ continued Mr Watson. ‘We are independent manufacturers with great knowledge of the industry and very strong relations with end-users. Iain is joining us at an exciting time for the business with a lot of new developments under way.

‘We welcome him on board and look forward to working with him and the team he will put together over the coming weeks, and we have no doubt that he will further develop the Maximus Crushing & Screening brand.’
