New Merlo multi-tool telehandler

Merlo UK have launched the Merlo Multifarmer Multi-Tool, designed specifically for councils, utility companies, process plant companies and general engineering companies.

Due to make its UK debut at Saltex 2010, the Multi-Tool has a distinctive colour scheme and features a rear-mounted three-point linkage with a capacity of 4,300kg. A mechanical, direct-drive PTO provides speeds of 500 rev/min and 1,000 rev/min.

As a telehandler, it has a maximum lift capacity of 3,000kg, with a choice of 6m and 8.55m lift heights available. There is a choice of Classic analogue controls and instruments or the all-digital TOP version with MERlin electronic control system. Both build levels come with standard registration to the CESAR plant registration scheme.

 

With the range of attachments available from Merlo, the Multi-Tool offers versatility, speed and safety in any utility operation. These include a working platform, fully compliant with EN280 MEWP Standard for safe work at height and incorporating full controls within the platform.
