New machines from Maximus

Maximus 409 scalper

Maximus Crushing & Screening officially launched two new machines at Hillhead 2012 – their new small scalper, the Maximus 409 (pictured), and a new triple-deck 22x5 screener, the Maximus 522T.

The Maximus 522T is said to have the largest combined screening area available on the market, making it suitable for medium- to large-scale operators who need high capacity and high-specification aggregate screening capabilities.

The 6.7m (22ft) x 1.52m (5ft) screening area of the top and middle decks and the 6.1m (20ft) x 1.52m (5ft) bottom deck, in combination with a heavy-duty, high-energy screening configuration, is specially designed for fine product separation.

The Maximus 409 has been developed for the smaller end-user who requires versatility and ease of transport, without compromising on build quality and reliability. With its highly aggressive two-deck screenbox, the 409 is purpose-built for scalping, stockpiling and three-way splitting and can be used in crushing circuits, demolition and construction waste management, aggregates, heavy rock and topsoil applications, among others.
