New impactor rotor

Vibraflo, UK agents for Hazemag crushers, have introduced the Hazemag GSK-type rotor which combines the crushing qualities of the Hazemag S-type rotor with the utilisation of the K-type rotor.

The welded cast design means that cast steel discs are joined together to form a rugged rotor body and the blow bars are mechanically clamped. The higher degree of blow bar utilisation, coupled with quicker bar turning/changing, results in lower downtime, making the rotor an alternative to the S-type rotor.

The new design allows the changing of the blow bars in the axial as well as radial direction. This is simplified by the provision of specially designed changing devices; the radial blow bar changing device allows the blow bar to be turned through two axes without any putting down in between.
