Robust Swedish-built screener said to offer unmatched combination of capacity and screening accuracy

SWEDISH family-owned company Maskin Mekano have introduced a new screening plant built for speed. The ECO6 is registered and approved for transport as a trailer in the EU, meaning it can be driven on all types of roads, including highways, without needing a permit.

Maskin Mekano’s screens are designed for tough Scandinavian conditions, and the ECO6 is no exception. With its aggressive stroke and relatively flat angle, the screener is said to offer an unmatched combination of capacity and screening accuracy, even when the conditions and weather are not optimal.

Fine fractions are sorted with great precision, although few materials are said pose any challenge for the Maskin Mekano screen. Moreover, thanks to the unique Vibroblock technology, no vibrations are transferred into the machine, but instead stay in the screenbox where they belong.

The ECO6 is robust and well thought out with regards to operator safety, its sturdy walkways and railings being examples of this. The belt feeder is well proven, as are all the solutions in this screening plant, which is based on Maskin Mekano’s long experience and knowledge in the crushing and screening industry.

The screening plant is fully electric and can be run on mains power, if available, otherwise a diesel generator is required. If so, the genset is mounted on a lifting frame so that it can be easily placed at some distance away during production, protecting it from dust.

Manufactured in Jönköping, Sweden, Maskin Mekano deliver premium products for crushing, screening, recycling, washing, and material handling and offer a wide range of standard mobile and portable plants, but can also deliver bespoke and stationary equipment and plants.
