New concrete plant
HUNTSMANS Quarries have invested £300,000 in a new 120 tonnes/h ready-mixed concrete plant at their limestone quarry at Naunton, near Stow-on-the-Wold.
As the first readymix facility in the north Cotswolds, it is expected that 90% of the plant’s output will be delivered within a 10-mile radius.
The company has also recently received planning permission for a recycled aggregates operation at Naunton.
