Pneutrol Ireland to launch latest product at UK Concrete Show
Pneutrol Ireland Ltd (P.I.L.) will launch their latest admixture weigh system, the Fluid Dynamix XR1, on stand K9 at the UK Concrete Show, to be held in Coventry on 23-24 February 2011.
The new patent-pending mechanical design is said to lower ‘material inflight’, providing users with accurate weighing. A customized fluid baffle also ensures the optimal discharge sequence by eliminating fluid vortex.
PIL can also supply a variable-speed pump controller, which can be retrofitted to most modern batching systems, providing two-speed pump control. This allows users to weigh admixtures over the complete weigh range to accuracies of less than 30g.
The Fluid Dynamix XR1 system utilizes a single-point high-accuracy load-cell for improved vibration resistance. The unit can be supplied as a single-vessel system capable of weighing four admixtures or a dual-vessel system capable of weighing six admixtures, three per compartment. All Fluid Dynamix weigh systems are fitted with high quality 360 degree hemispherical washout facility with adjustable flow control.
