McCloskey International to debut latest products at bauma 2019

McCloskey CSP120 compact sand plant

New machines lined up for unveiling include I54Rv3 impact crusher and CSP120 compact sand plant

THIS year’s bauma exhibition will see McCloskey International clearly demonstrate their continued growth with a roster of new products on show for visitors.

Equipment on display will include a brand new screening product joined by the latest crushers (compact and full-size impactors), stackers and compact sand plants from McCloskey Washing Systems (MWS). The company will be showcasing new features and benefits of its I Series impact crusher line, which has been specifically developed for aggregate and concrete recycling applications.

Among the models in the spotlight at bauma will be the I54Rv3 unit which has been enhanced with production boosting features, including a new main conveyor, an impactor transfer chute, prescreen with a steeper bottom deck for enhanced material flow and a simplified rear profile for the impactor chamber.

The I54Rv3 impactor’s radial return conveyor has dust suppression control, allowing operators to recirculate oversize material from the screenbox back to the feed hopper or radial a complete 90° whilst running.

McCloskey will also be showcasing their latest I34R compact impact crusher as a solution for aggregates producers with large production requirements but needing a small footprint and manoeuvrability.

The I34R unit, which has transport dimensions less than 2.5m wide, is particularly well suited to applications in aggregates, demolition/asphalt recycling and smaller scale construction projects where space is at a premium.

Visitors to the McCloskey stand will also be able to get a first look at McCloskey’s new tracked radial feeder stacker – the ST100TF Radial – with an innovative patent-pending design that allows to switch from track to radial mode in seconds

Built-in levelling indicators allow operators to position the stacker regardless of ground evenness, with independent hydraulic jack legs to stabilize the machine once in place. The ST100TF unit also features a unique rear counterweight to counterbalance the tracks and wheels, providing higher stockpile capacity and delivering greater stability to the stacker while in operation.

MWS will be presenting the latest addition to their CSP (compact sand plant) line, the CSP120 plant, which has been designed to deliver superior separation efficiency, produce the driest, drip-free final washed sand product and create up to two in-spec sands at a rate of up to 120 tonnes/h.

Lippmann-Milwaukee, a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty aggregate crushing equipment and a member of the McCloskey group of companies, will be sharing a stand with McCloskey and introducing their new products at bauma.
