Mannok launch Online Health & Wellbeing Platform

Company partners with RITE Fitness to offer range of resources to support staff health and well-being

MANNOK have launched an online health and fitness platform for their 830-strong workforce by partnering with fitness and nutrition company RITE Fitness.

Through the new Mannok Online Health & Wellbeing Platform, every staff member at the company now has access to fitness classes, meal and workout plans, training programmes, and a variety of informative tutorials and seminars to support their physical and mental well-being.

 

Following a staff induction day, where RITE Fitness hosted informative sessions for all Mannok employees to drop in at their leisure for a virtual tour around the platform, each staff member was provided with round-the-clock access to the platform, seven days a week.

The application has a range of resources to support staff both physically and mentally, including: 

  • 300+ fitness workouts and classes
  • 200+ healthy recipes
  • Yoga and Pilates classes
  • Custom calorie and meal trackers
  • Downloadable meal and workout plans
  • Online training programmes 
  • Physiotherapy and sleep health tutorials
  • Seminars on the menopause, good mental health, and much more. 

Commenting on the launch of the new health and well-being portal, Caroline McCaffrey, HR manager at Mannok, said: ‘We are delighted to launch the Mannok Online Health & Wellbeing Platform, which provides a resource for all our staff to have access to exercise classes and information to support their physical and mental health.

‘The safety and well-being of our workforce is our most significant priority here at Mannok, and given the recent challenges of the Covid pandemic, we recognize now more than ever, the importance of supporting our employees’ mental health. Our investment in this portal will benefit both the mental and physical well-being of all our staff.’
