MAJOR to showcase new screen media innovations at Conexpo 2026
Company to unveil next-generation screening solutions at Las Vegas trade show
MAJOR – a leading global manufacturer of high-performance wire screen media – will showcase their latest screen media technologies, advanced polyurethane strips and the MAJOR App, along with a new product launch, at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2026.
MAJOR are also scheduled to take part in a panel session – Screen Smarter: Practical Strategies for Peak Performance – on Thursday, 5 March (10:45–11:45). The discussion will explore how wire selection, crown curve and site conditions impact productivity in quarry and mining operations.
‘Conexpo only happens once every three years, which makes it an exciting opportunity for our customers to see the newest technological advances in screen media in person,’ said Bernard Betts, president of MAJOR.
‘This year, we’re participating in a panel discussion to help educate aggregates producers on their screen media and the importance of choosing the right options for their facility. We’ve also been listening to our customers and addressing their main concerns. Our goal is to become a one-stop shop for all screen media, so look out for an exciting announcement at the show.’
On display will be the company’s advanced polyurethane strips variant, designed for the Flex-Mat modular series, offering greater chemical stability and lifespan, particularly in wet or corrosive conditions. The company will be highlighting the MAJOR App – a central hub for producers and dealers featuring RFID-enabled FLEX-MAT ID technology for tracking screen media, and accessing marketing resources, documentation and sensor tools.
At the Las Vegas trade show, MAJOR will also run a Wire Cut Challenge, inviting show attendees to test the strength of their engineered wire for a chance to win a prize.
