Kleenoil filtration unit
In response to the demand from many construction equipment manufacturers that warranty is subject to hydraulic fluid being kept within stated ISO standards, Kleenoil Filtration have developed a new field service oil filtration unit.
At 18kg, it is comfortable to carry, comes in either 12V or 24V, and can filter hydraulic oil at 8 litres/min. The unit can be used for transferring oil, and then be left on the system to clean lubricating fluids in the tank. Another version is available for cleaning diesel.
The Kleenoil cartridge will filter down to 3 microns and, in a short space of time, can achieve cleanliness standards of NAS1638 class 6 or ISO 14/9, as well as removing all free-standing and emulsified water.
Removing contaminants down to these levels reduces wear to components, which means that hydraulic, gear, transmission and engine oils will last longer.
The field service unit complements the range of filter systems already produced by Kleenoil Filtration, including portable oil cleaning units (110V and 230V), air pre-cleaners and engine oil filters.
