Invicta Vibrators enjoy success at Hillhead 2010

Invicta Vibrators report that this year’s Hillhead exhibition was probably the busiest they have ever experienced.

Very large numbers of UK end-users and OEMs, and overseas OEMs visited the stand reflecting a general improvement in business confidence in the quarrying and mining sectors both at home and abroad. This is consistent with Invicta’s experience over the past three to four months, which, says sales manager Mike Caldwell, have seen an increase in the enquiry rate and order intake.

The whole of the company’s equipment range attracted lively interest but the star of the show for Invicta was the recently introduced Type BL 80 230/6 rotary electric vibrator. Delivering a mechanical out put of 23,000kgf (12.5kW) this 6-pole model is the largest ever produced by the company. Further additions to the BL80 range are currently being developed, and are expected to become available in the near future.
