International Rental Exhibition (IRE)
AMMANN, Atlas Copco, Doosan Infracore/Bobcat, Hitachi, Hyundai, JCB, Komatsu, Manitou will be among over 100 exhibitors taking part in the first International Rental Exhibition (IRE), which will take place at the RAI exhibition centre in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, from 3–5 June 2008.
The exhibition is being supported by the European Rental Association (ERA), which will hold its annual convention during the three days of the show. The association is organizing a wide range of seminars, workshops and expert speakers throughout the three days, with renowned US rental consultant Dan Kaplan providing the event’s keynote speech.
‘The show is set to be a fantastic event for rental companies to look at equipment specifically targeted at their needs,’ said Guy Harris, IRE’s sales and marketing manager. ‘Visitors will be able to see a diverse selection of compact equipment – much of it designed specifically with rental companies in mind – as well as dozens of suppliers of smaller, specialist equipment and services.’
In addition to the wide range of compact earthmoving and material-handling equipment on show, some of the world’s biggest aerial platform suppliers will be attending, as well as producers of power tools, pumps, rental software, asset-tracking systems, cutting tools, compressors, generators and compaction equipment.
