Intellitec MV launch new website

Company introduces online cost calculator to demonstrate how its Battery Guard 3000+ system can help reduce operational costs for fleet managers

FLAT or dead batteries can result in unnecessary costs (eg vehicle downtime, call outs, late deliveries etc) for fleet operators of all types and sizes. To counter the problem, eletrical specialists Intellitec MV have launched a new online resource – www.fleetsavingcalculator.com – to help fleet managers and transport engineers to calculate the level of cost savings made by installing the company’s Battery Guard system.

Commenting on the newly developed web tool, Duncan Hughes, sales and marketing director for Intellitec, said: ‘Our target is to reach out as many organizations as possible, quickly showing the large cost reductions that can be achieved across a vehicle fleet. In the current financial climate, there is an increasing need for fleet operators to find significant savings to ensure that they remain competitive.’

The cost saving calculator is easy to use; the user simply inputs a number of key details such as fleet size and mileage into the online tool. This information is analyzed and the website will show how much money can be saved by fitting the Battery Guard 3000+ unit.

Intellitec offer a wide rage of DC power management systems, as well distributing a number of products from well-known charger manufacturers, including Victron Energy, Xantrex and Sterling Power.
