Hanson choose Kleemann

Hanson Aggregates have commissioned a Kleemann + Reiner Mobirex 172-z tracked impact crusher for processing Kentish ragstone at their Allington Quarry.

Hanson specified that the crusher had to produce a clean, high-quality material and have a production capacity of over 10,000 tonnes/week. The Mobirex 172-z crusher is supplied with feeding, scalping, crushing and stockpiling systems and has the ability to scalp up to 50% of the feed material.

Designed to work in the most difficult of conditions, the unit features a 1,500mm x 2,500mm heavy-duty double-deck pre-screen and a 500 tonnes/h 1,630mm x 1,330mm impact crushing unit. Since commissioning, the Mobirex 172-z has exceeded all the requirements specified by Hanson Aggregates.
