Hanson acquire Florida concrete paver firm

Hanson plc have acquired PaverModule Inc, one of the top two suppliers of concrete pavers in Florida, USA. The company operate seven plants in the state and employ approximately 170 people. PaverModule’s turnover for the year ended 31 December 2005 was US$45 million (£26 million).
