Greater local customer focus from Sandvik Construction

Sandvik at Hillhead

Company to showcase its latest crushing and screening solutions and deliver more locally oriented activities at Hillhead 2016

SANDVIK Construction say exhibiting at Hillhead is a continuation of their key strategy of focusing on more locally orientated activities, bringing them closer to meeting the local needs of their customers wherever they operate in the world.

The company will be using the opportunity presented by an exhibition of such importance to the quarrying, construction and recycling industries to emphasize areas of expertise and service that transcend the traditional supplier-customer dynamic. This is due to Hillhead being seen as the perfect show to introduce new solutions-based equipment as well as to connect with new and existing customers in a quarry environment.

At Hillhead 2016, Sandvik Construction will be highlighting the total solutions nature of their product ranges, with many old favourites being shown. Additionally, a number of UK and worldwide product launches are planned, as well as ‘live’ demonstrations of mobile crushing and screening equipment in a real quarry environment.

‘What is really exciting is that Hillhead 2016 will allow us to get ever closer to our customers,’ said Satu Ramo, global marketing communications manager for Sandvik Construction. ‘As our focus is oriented to more locally focused activities, Hillhead will provide the perfect opportunity to show how we aim to meet the real needs of customers, in this case mainly UK and Irish businesses.’
