EvoQuip to show Cobra 230 at World of Concrete 2019

EvoQuip Cobra 230 impact crusher

Company to highlight benefits of compact and versatile mobile impact crusher model

EvoQuip (a Terex Brand) will be making a return to the World of Concrete 2019 exhibition (22-25 January) and say they are ‘going bigger’ than their show debut in 2018. Specializing in compact mobile crushing and screening equipment, EvoQuip have confirmed that they will be exhibiting the Cobra 230 impact crusher at the event.

Matt Dickson, EvoQuip product line director, said: ‘The Cobra 230 is a machine that provides class-leading productivity, unmatched versatility and excellent fuel efficiency. The quick set-up times, simple intuitive operation and ease of transport make this machine an ideal solution for all applications.’

The rapid set-up time and intuitive control system on the machine allows the operator to be crushing just minutes after unloading the machine from the lorry. The operator can also adjust the crusher setting easily, without the need for any tools, using the user-friendly hydraulic assist system that comes as standard on the Cobra 23.

A number of other key design features in the impact crusher ensure optimal material flow through the crushing process. As material moves from the feeder through the impactor and on to the product belt, each section becomes wider to ensure unrestricted flow.

Furthermore, the generous under-crusher clearance, the short distance from the crusher discharge to the magnet and the ability to lower the product conveyor while running, means the Cobra 23 is suitable for many applications.

The mobile plant is powered by a highly fuel-efficient and high-performing direct drive system. This, along with two independent hydraulic controlled aprons, allows the operator to optimize the material throughput and reduction while ensuring the best fuel efficiency.

Serviceability has been a major factor throughout the design and development of the Cobra 230. With ground-level access to the engine, hydraulics, service and refuelling points, maintenance has been made simple easy for the operator and has been further enhanced with features such as a hinged radiator pack and hinged diesel tank.

According to EvoQuip, the Cobra 230 machine’s compact footprint makes it easy to transport and is ideal for crushing operation in urban areas.
