ConSpare launch new grade of mixer wear tile

ConSpare, a leading UK supplier of concrete mixer wear parts and spare parts, have introduced BetaTile mixer wear tiles.

BetaTiles offer a genuine alternative to cast steel floor and wall tiles in highly abrasive or high-volume mixing applications. Although extremely hard wearing, cast tiles are susceptible to premature failure through cracking or breakage from impact. Manufactured from a special grade of chrome carbide coated steel, BetaTiles are both impact resistant and abrasion resistant - offering exceptional durability in tough applications.

BetaTiles are available in a range of thicknesses to suit virtually all pan or planetary mixers. They can also be used to replace broken tiles in existing part-worn sets. This development has further widened ConSpare’s mixer wear plate range, offering a solution for all budgets and applications.
