CompAir introduce compressors to European market

At Bauma 2010, CompAir will launch their new, fuel-efficient range of three high-pressure portable compressors, designed to deliver up to 26% energy savings.

Called the C230TS-17, C210TS-21 and C200TS-24, the new units are the latest addition to CompAir’s TurboScrew C series. Weighing in at less than 3,500kg, the units can be towed in Europe by a 4x4 vehicle and can produce pressures of up to 24 bar. This makes them suitable for a range of demanding applications where on-time job completion is dependant on maintaining sufficient air pressures at depths of 100m and below.

Visitors to their stand will be able to view the new C200TS-24 unit as well as other models from CompAir’s portable compressor range.

Commenting on the new range of compressors, Harald Wenzel, CompAir’s product manager portable compressors, said: ‘Fuel efficiency continues to be a key driver in our new product development. We aim to maximize performance at every stage of the compressors’ design – incorporating features that achieve both efficiency improvements and cost benefits for the user as well as meeting stringent emissions legislation.’
