AEM Customer Support Seminar 2013
Aftermarket best practices to help boost customer satisfaction and bottom-line success
THE Association of Equipment Manufacturers’ (AEM) 2013 Customer Support Seminar will provide industry professionals with the latest aftermarket trends and strategies for superior customer support and satisfaction, key factors in any company’s market success.
The annual seminar, which takes place from 23–25 September 2013 at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida, has been developed by off-road equipment manufacturers to meet the industry-specific needs of parts, service, training and related customer-support professionals.
‘Advance Your Position’ is the theme of the event, playing on the proximity of Daytona International Speedway circuit. Sessions will include manufacturer case studies, keynote presentations, technology-use examples and networking opportunities to share experiences and insights.
New for 2013 are best-practice roundtables throughout the seminar, focused on agenda topics, for more opportunities to learn and share with industry peers and experts.
In addition, the seminar’s highly rated dealer panel returns, this time bringing together a variety of Orlando-area dealers to discuss what they need from manufacturers, offer insights on best practices and outline the greatest challenges they face today.
