AJ Specialist Welding Ltd have acquired Ace Arc Ltd, bringing together two well-established specialists with more than 75 years' experience in wear-resistant plate products. The acquisition double's AJ Specialist Welding's profile-cutting capacity at its two factory sites in Coalville, Leicestershire.
